We asked Inn at the Forks if we could shoot there and they graciously offered up their hotel. I had pretty much free reign of the place which was nice.

I scoped out a few locations before hand and most locations worked. I primarily shot with a 70-200, some Photoflex softboxes and SB-800′s.
